Ai, CDR, JPEG, TIFF, PSD, PDF, PSP, TXT, EPS and HTML are amongst the many we can accept. Get in touch if you are at all unsure!

Always include any special fonts you may have used in your document. Again, a quick call can clear up any confusion you may have.

We can accept your files via Email (be mindful of the file size), on CD, DVD, Floppy Disc, USB Stick and other methods. Call us to enquire.

We appreciate the caring customer who scans his/her files for viruses before sending them to us.

We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost files, you should always have backups of your documents and never send masters.

We may require you to check a proof of documents created in non-standard software before printing, this could affect the turn around time.
